SOHO CHAMPAGNE CONDOMINIUM 2016

New build 2,500 sf condominium in Little Italy neighborhood, Ottawa, Canada.

We started with a thorough inventory of this couple’s entire household, as they were moving from a traditional single family dwelling into modern 20th floor condominium. Working with Bassi construction and Mastercraft Starwood, we customized this home down to every last detail including a heated towel rack in the ensuite and a wine fridge.
